The fairy tale of Cinderella has countless of versions, all holding the same idea. A beautiful young girl tired of suffering in need of a prince charming. The fairy tale can be traced back to the seventeenth century with Charles Perrault, the version we all know from the famous Disney film, Cinderella. Although many young girls seek the famous fairy tale ending, do we truly understand who Cinderella represents in her love story? Or is she simply an object of beauty?
